One of the Twenty Five Chief Disciples of Guru Rinpoche ![]() Drigung Ontül Rinpoche is recognized as the emanation of Drog Ban Khiu Chung Lotsawa by the 5th Drigung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche Thugje Nyima (1828-1889). Khiu Chung Lotsawa belongs to the Drogmi Clan. While still very young he became a translator, hence he got his name, which means "boy translator".
